Are you struggling with your imaging pipeline and need advice on which microscopy technique is best for your sample, what analysis workflow would best answer your research question, or simply how to set up the whole imaging experiment?
CCI can help!
Even Thursdays, we organize a drop-in desk (11:00 – 12:00) where our light and electron microscopy, as well as bioimage analysis experts, can meet with you and discuss:
- Your sample preparation protocol (if shared in advance)
- Which microscope or microscopy modality to use (e.g. functional microscopy)
- How to design appropriate controls
- How to perform quantitative image analysis
- Other imaging-related questions
