Submitting samples for proteomics analyses
Please contact the Proteomics Core Facility early in your study planning. Results depend on study design and sample quality.
Before sending samples, complete the submission form below (avoid Firefox). This ensures proper registration and optimal handling.
Standard Analysis
The Proteomics Core Facility provides sample preparation, mass spectrometry (MS) analysis, and a comprehensive list of identified and/or quantified proteins. We also assist with drafting the proteomics method section for manuscripts and can deposit raw data in public repositories upon request.
Users are responsible for supplying complete sample information and performing upstream steps such as cell culture, experimental treatments, and immunoprecipitation, as well as downstream interpreting the resulting data.
Additional Research Support
The Proteomics Core Facility can also be involved beyond our standard support if requested. The contribution may include study design, advising how to perform a study as well as assist the user in the interpretation of the results, and may then be considered as a substantial scientific and experimental contribution to a publication.
