BIOINFORMATICS
Our expertise includes various NGS data analyses for Illumina and Thermo technologies such as: Human WGS for cancers and germline samples, gene panels, case-control studies, differential expression analysis, metagenomics, single cell analysis, spatial transcriptomics.
We also have experience with other bioinformatics analyses including: population genetics analyses, approximate bayesian computation analyses, GWAS, sequence bioinformatics, proteomics analyses, functional analysis, machine learning applied to biomarker discovery, data integration of omics data, databases (SQL) And our programming skills are within: Python, R, Shell, Snakemake, Nextflow.
STATISTICS
