About Subazini Thankaswamy Kosalai

I'm a bioinformatician at OligoNova and the Bioinformatics and Data Centre (BDC) at the Sahlgrenska Academy,

At Bioinformatics Data Centre, we provide:

  • High throughput techniques for biomedical, clinical and pre-clinical research,

  • Wide range of statistical and bioinformatics support and training,

  • Cluster hardware and software infrastructure development.

At OligoNova, we provide:

  • We design oligonucleotides modulating genes involved in disease progression

  • Subsequent off-target analyses to evaluate sequence specificity and reduce unintended effects.
