School program on biodiversity
Biodiversity is fundamental for our existence and well-being, and we can all contribute to strengthening and protecting it. By learning more about nature and exploring it together with your pupils, you can create relationships with nature and commitment to a sustainable future.
Biodiversity describes the great variety of life on Earth. It is about both the diversity of species and ecosystems, but also genetic variation within species.
The school program offers free lessons on biodiversity for school classes in Västra Götaland during 2024–2025. There is also the opportunity to participate in a competition in collaboration with Naturuppdraget, as well as take part of inspirational materials for teachers and upcoming teacher training events on biodiversity.
