In this workshop urban sociologists Kirsteen Paton (University of Glasgow), Emma Jackson (Goldsmiths, University of London) and Helena Holgersson (University of Gothenburg) will elaborate on previous and ongoing ethnographic research on gentrification and the role of class in contemporary urban redevelopment.
