English, Intermediate Course. English Linguistics
About
You study the development and structure in historic-cultural and contemporary context of the language. The course components are: language history and language change and grammar.
This course is open to
Exchange students at the Department of Languages and Literatures and exchange students on a university-wide agreement. Please contact your international coordinator at the University of Gothenburg if you need to know more.
This course can be combined with
- EN1215, English Literary studies, 7.5 credits, quarter 1-2
- EN1217, Theme course in English literary studies, 7.5 credits, quarter 3-4
- EN1218, Theme course in English linguistics, 7.5 credits, quarter 3-4
Together these four courses/modules form the Intermediate course in English, 30 credits (EN1210).
