Genetically engineered foods
About
GMO is a frequently discussed topic among biologists and in society. But what does it actually imply? This course gives you deeper insight into present and future applications of modern biotechnology on food and food products, as well as current legislation. To connect directly to real projects and problems, speakers from the private and public sectors are invited to give some of the lectures. Tutorials and a project work will allow you to penetrate deeper into the field of plant biotechnology.
