About

You implement an independent project work (15 credits) with individual supervision. The purpose is that you should practice to apply knowledge from previous courses within a limited field of environmental science. This gives you in-depth and applied knowledge in the subject area. The topic is chosen in consultation with the department with regard to your special interests.

Special emphasis is placed on training you in planning, implementing and reporting your own work. Furthermore, you will be able to train your ability to present and discuss your set of issues in dialogue with your supervisor and your classmates.

 

Prerequisites and selection

Entry requirements

120 credits in natural science (biology, earth science, chemistry, physics, environmental science-natural science) out of which at least 60 credits in environmental science-natural science or equivalent education.

Facilities

The teaching is mainly conducted at the Botanical building (Carl Skottsbergs gata 22B).
