To be admitted to the programme you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations or an equivalent, corresponding to at least 180 credits. Equivalent degrees include Bachelor´s degree in Social Sciences. Proficiency in English is required; English 6/ English course B from Swedish Upper Secondary School, with a minimum of passed mark. Alternatively, the required IELTS or TOEFL score for current application period (see www.universityadmissions.se).

No, it is a full-time programme given on campus.
Yes, it is possible to do an exchange during semester 2 or 3. You can either do it at one of the programme’s Erasmus partner universities: Ruhr University Bochum, Germany, Innsbruck University, Austria or École des Ressources Humaines (IGS-RH) Paris, France – or at another partner university, provided that they offer matching courses and have semester dates that match the programme.
