Here is a package with information and tools to get you started with and working with Patient and public involvement in research (PPI).
It was created by Professor Nicky Britten and Dr. Kath Maguire from the University of Exeter and PenCLAHRC. Nicky Britten is also a Visiting Professor at the Institute for Health and Care Sciences and The Centre for Person-centred Care at the University of Gothenburg GPCC. PenCLAHRC stands for The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC) South West Peninsula. Read more about PenCLARHC here.
Professor Britten and Dr Maguire shared these documents after a Sahlgrenska Academy Seminar and workshop held in 2014. Read a report from the seminar and workshop here. They can be used to get started with and facilitate PPI in all types of research.
