International Conference on Sewage Surveillance of Antibiotic Resistance in Sub-Saharan Africa

As antibiotic resistance rises worldwide, sewage monitoring provides a cost-effective way to track it. This conference presents recent advances in the field, including results from a four-year project (SeMAR) funded by the Wellcome Trust and brings together experts to turn evidence into policy for stronger antibiotic resistance surveillance in Sub-Saharan Africa

Date: 8-10 April 2026
