About Christian Mehrstam

Christian Mehrstam is a literary scholar (docent) focusing on work oriented response æsthetics and popular culture. His research deals with several media, theoretical fields and historical contexts, and includes publications about games, science fiction, comics and systems theory. Mehrstam is also interested in Lisp programming and algorithmic criticism. He teaches literary studies, digital humanities and media history, and is a co-editor of Imagining the Impossible: International Journal of the Fantastic in Contemporary Media.
