Content
This course is for managers in municipal and regional organizations who in their service face challenges related to innovation of products, services, processes, or organizational change. Form of teaching
Teaching consists of lectures and group discussions.
Language of instruction: Swedish

The course is examined through written assignments to be completed between the course lectures. These assignments are graded with the grades Fail and Pass. To pass the course, a passing grade is required on all assignments.
In addition, attendance is required for at least 75 percent of all course elements.
All teaching and course literature can form the basis for examination.
If a student who has failed the same examination component twice wishes to change examiners for the next examination, such a request must be submitted in writing to the department responsible for the course and be granted unless there are special reasons for not doing so (HF Chapter 6, Section 22).
If a course has been discontinued or undergone major changes, the student must normally be guaranteed access to at least three examination opportunities (including regular examination opportunities) over a period of at least one year based on the previous course structure.

The course is a grading scale of Pass (G) and Fail (U). To pass the course, the student should:

Course evaluation
The course leader is responsible for ensuring that students are given the opportunity to complete an anonymous written course evaluation at the end of the course. At the end of the course, the course leader writes a course report, which includes a summary of the course evaluation. The course report is discussed in the relevant review group and communicated both to the students who carried out the course evaluation and to the students who will start the course. Course reports are made available to students.
Other regulations
Attendance is required for at least 75 percent of all course elements. If the course requires access to a computer, internet or any other digital resources, the student is responsible for ensuring that they have access to it.
