Seascape Governance in Times of Global Change
About
This course presents a comprehensive analysis of the interactions between marine ecosystems and socioeconomic systems in a spatial context. Specifically, the course should be an introduction to how dispersal and distribution of marine organisms, habitats and human activities affect the marine environment, and how marine spatial planning, networks of marine protected areas, and integrated coastal zone management can be used for a sustainable use and management of marine systems.
This course is open to
Exchange students at the Faculty of Science and exchange students on a university-wide agreement.
In order to apply for this course you need a Bachelor's degree (180 credits).

Incoming students should have an English level equivalent of B2 or higher as courses and materials, including presentations and exams, will be in English.
