Teaching Practice for Exchange Students in Swedish Pre-School Class and Year 1-3

This course includes 4-5 weeks of internship in a Swedish or an International school. The student will observe and analyze teachers at work and develop their knowledge about the schools in Sweden as well as about how teaching is planned in the long and short term. With the support of a mentor at the school, the student shall be responsible for planning and implementing instructions.

The course includes participation in the practice seminar, which is organised by the university, and a visit by a university teacher trainer. The internship is available in primary schools. The number of internships is depending on the number of available schools for mentoring international students. We will have a dialogue about what is available for you. It is only possible to choose one internship that is in a primary school.
