Leading Strategic Change
About
Organizational learning and change are essential aspects of a manager's role due to the dynamic nature of the business environment. External factors, such as technological advancements, market shifts, and sustainability challenges, constantly influence organizations. Managers must navigate these challenges and manage organizational attempts to learn and change to ensure that their organizations can adapt effectively.
Furthermore, fostering a culture of continuous learning and change is critical for gaining a competitive advantage. Effective leadership play a pivotal role in shaping this culture. Managers also play a crucial role in ensuring that organizational learning and change initiatives are in sync with the overall strategy of the company. Such alignment is important to ensure that learning and change contribute to the organization's long-term strategic direction.
In this course, you will start from your own view of how to lead organizational learning and change and use academic research to both motivate and challenge this view. By connecting academic research to your own personal understanding of organizational learning and change, you will develop your own model of how you in a future managerial position can lead learning and change.
This course is open to
