The main coaches for the students are the principal players from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and the Göteborg Opera. Many of them teach at the Academy of Music and Drama, and other Nordic music conservatoires.
There are also a number of teachers employed by the hour. In addition to that the programme welcomes guest teachers, such as Christian Zacharias, Klaus Stoll, Ernst Kovacic, and Konrad von Abel, regularly.
The instrumental teachers also work with chamber music and ensemble tutoring.
