English, Intermediate Course
Summary
The second course in English Studies builds upon the foundation provided in the introductory, first-term, course, and offers a more in-depth perspective on several major areas of English Linguistics, English Literary Studies, and Academic English.
About
During the second term of English studies, you deepen your knowledge of the English language with a focus on linguistic, literary, and cultural aspects. You study the structure of English grammar and phonetics, develop your academic writing and oral proficiency, and gain an overview of English literature from the Renaissance to modernism.
