About
In this course you will acquire theoretical and methodological tools to critically scrutinize and develop gender equality and diversity managment. Particular focus is on exclusionary norms in politics, working life and voluntary organizations. We will work with intersectional perspectives and make intersectional analyzes of norms that exclude and include.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Selection
Selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 165 credits.
