Short description

The project is initiated by the Center for Person-Centered Care (GPCC) with the aim of supporting person-centred learning and teaching in person-centred care in higher education. The project is a part of the overall transformation and enabling towards a more person-centered health care. The project targets the undergraduate education programmes for occupational therapists, physiotherapists, doctors and nurses. Based on research on what limits and enables the implementation of person-centered care in higher education, the project will explore teachers' experiences of teaching person-centered care. Through participatory design, an educational module will be co-created together with patients, relatives, students and teachers. The training module will then be tested and evaluated by teachers and students.
