Learning, Teaching and Assessment in Languages – LUBS
Short description
Within the LUBS research environment, the focus is on issues related to learning, teaching and assessment in languages. LUBS is part of large national and international networks and conducts both grant and commissioned research.
Examples of central questions and themes that are investigated are:
• the relationship between learning and how students and teachers perceive learning, teaching and assessment
• the relationship between learning and motivation
• language and subject integration• informal learning
• modern languages in the Swedish educational context
• results from various large-scale tests
• characteristics of assessment instruments
• different ways of learning and teaching.
