Published

University of Gothenburg has offered funding to support internationalization and scientific renewal at the Marine Infrastructure at the University of Gothenburg. The University of Gothenburg has handled applications, evaluation and allocation of funds.

There were 50 applications for 2020. The following 16 projects are approved by the KVA Fund 2020. Due to many applicants and limited funding, the accepted projects are awarded access to the infrastructure, meals and accommodation and travel funds for up to 10 000 SEK. No other costs are accepted.

When the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences (KVA in short form in Swedish) sold the real estate Kristineberg to Akademiska Hus, 30 million SEK was funded for support during approximately 10 years. This was the last call, and by the end of 2020 the KVA Fund ceases to exist.
