Konstantina has joined the Division of Industrial and Financial Management & Logistics at Gothenburg University as a postdoctoral researcher on April 1st, 2021.
Konstantina's research areas are city logistics, urban freight transportation, business models, business model canvas and business cases of urban freight as well as the automating process of urban freight deliveries and e-commerce.
Konstantina has published her work in numerous academic journals and conference proceedings. She has also presented her work at numerous academic conferences. Konstantina is also a reviewer for a number of academic journals and has been assigned with the title of exceptional reviewer by Elsevier.
Konstantina is a member of:
- Urban Freight Platform a University of Gothenburg and Chalmers initiative supported by the Volvo Research Education Foundations (VREF) and Northern LEAD.
- Northern LEAD, a logistics competence centre formed by Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Gothenburg in co-operation with the Logistics and Transport Society LTS.
- Aurora, a University of Gothenburg, Chalmers, University of Washington, SINTEF and NTNU research network and initiative.
- Central London Freight Quality Partnership.
Konstantina defended her Ph.D. dissertation in May, 2020 at Lund University with title "Towards a Business Model for Viable City Logistics Initiatives: The role of financial continuity, externalities and stakeholders". Konstantina also holds a master degree in Economics from Umeå University and a bachelor degree in International Economics and Business Relations from Democritus University. She is originally from Greece.
