About Cecilia Groglopo

I am a substitute HR officer at the Department of Philosophy, Linguistics and Theory of Science (FLoV). I work with managerial support such as employment law issues, recruitment, introduction and reorganization. I handle payroll, HR-related reports and follow-ups and am an administrator/auditor in our personnel systems.

I am a trained HR specialist with a focus on organizational development and leadership, Bachelor of Science in 2011 at Lund University. I also have a Master's degree in Sociology from 2018, University of Gothenburg.

I have worked at the University of Gothenburg since 2014 with administration within most areas. I have also coordinated conferences, been an editorial assistant for the scientific writing series Arbete och Hälsa (Work and Health), as well as held trade union positions and was chief work environment representative for the Sahlgrenska Academy.
