About Ashish Kawale
Ashish obtained his PhD degree in Structural Biology at Technical University of Munich, Germany in 2017. During PhD, he studied structure-function relationships of D. melanogaster mRNA splicing factors and their interactions with target mRNAs using an advanced biomolecular NMR spectroscopy.
In Burmann group, he is deciphering the structural and dynamical aspects of UvrD helicase crucial for mediating transcription-coupled DNA repair pathway in bacteria.
