Ny bok om upplevelseekonomin - Lena Mossberg medförfattare

Lena Mossberg är en av författarna som medverkar i Handbook on the Experience Economy. Lena är medförfattare till de två kapitlen: Consumer immersion: a key to extraordinary experiences & Towards more intertwined innovation types: innovation through experience design focusing on customer interactions.
