About
The emphasis of the course is on the governance and management of firms under different environmental conditions. The course demonstrates how different types of business problems can be modelled and analysed with reference to economic theory as well as managed and solved in practice using suitable quantitative techniques. Main topics of the course are: principles and objectives of industrial management, corporate governance and agency, theory risk management, production management, pricing strategies, strategic decision models and decision making in regulated businesses.
This course is open to
