Incomplete financial markets
About
This course is divided into two parts where each part will demonstrate the importance of incompleteness in financial markets.
The first part deals with investors investment decisions when: part of their wealth is non-tradeable, typically incomes; or their predictions about future securities returns are different between investors or some investors are better informed.
The second part of the course focuses on valuing projects (real options) where part of the value stems from development of the project.
This course is open to
