Nordic Texas Initiative facilitates knowledge exchange
Maureen McKelvey and Helene Honeybone developed the Nordic Texas Initiative and organized the Texas Delegation to Sweden 2025. The aim is to build long-lasting relationships across different key actors in entrepreneurial ecosystems to foster innovation development, especially between North Texas and Gothenburg. The intensive programme was packed with enriching experiences and valuable insights.
The Nordic Texas Initiative
The Nordic Texas Initiative is developed by Helene Honeybone, Honorary Consul with Honorary Consulate of Sweden, Dallas and Maureen McKelvey, Professor and Director of the Gothenburg U-GOT KIES centre and is a collaboration between Gothenburg U-GOT KIES, SACC Dallas, and the Honorary Consulate of Sweden in Dallas. The Gothenburg U-GOT KIES centre hosted and organized the Texas Delegation to Sweden 2025.
