Anna Martner receives Senior Investigator Award from Swedish Cancer Society

Anna Martner at Sahlgrenska Cancer Center receives Senior Investigator Award from the Swedish Cancer Society. This award means that her salary will be financed during six years and Martner is the fifth researcher from University of Gothenburg to receive this position.

Anna Martner is an associate professor of immunology at the Institute of Biomedicine and conducts her research at Sahlgrenska Cancer Center where she heads a research team. At the moment her research group is working with preparing a clinical study, which may contribute to a better treatment of pancreas cancer.
