- We are very proud of Anders and his achievements! Becoming a professor marks the pinnacle of achievement in the academic world! Anders and I have interacted over research since he was a PhD student. I've always been impressed by his genuine interest in both developing new knowledge about technological development and universities as well as ensuring contact between academia and many societal partners. Congratulations!

Close work with the PhD education

In addition to research, Professor Broström will take on the important position as Head of PhD studies in 'Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management of Intellectual Assets". He will work in close connection with the PhD students, and as part of this position, he is also the main supervisor for the Unit’s three newly recruited PhD students during their first year.

- With several very interesting PhD student projects underway and a new cohort setting out this semester, I expect to see a new wave of research on the dynamics of entrepreneurial ecosystems springing from our group in the years ahead.
