The 2026 election will take place in a media landscape where social platforms, influencers and algorithms play an increasingly important role. Political parties are shaping their messages for new channels and new target groups.

In this conversation, we explore what this shift means for democracy, public opinion and political communication. During the conversation, the impact of algorithms will also be highlighted and how these can have an impact.
