The Swedish Network for European Legal Studies and EU Law Discussion Group at Gothenburg University are hosting an online symposium on the devastating war in Ukraine and Russia’s aggression. We have invited several key experts in EU law, international law and political science to discuss the extremely worrying security situation in Europe and examine various aspects relating to the war in Ukraine. The symposium will debate, inter alia, the role of the EU, sanctions, energy supply in Europe as well as the possibilities of prosecuting Putin’s regime in the International Criminal Court.
