Science Festival: Research relay on future food from the ocean

Research
Science and Information Technology

This session is part of the Science Festival’s research relay, a format where current research is presented in 15 minutes. How can we farm seafood sustainably and produce food for the future? Join an interactive demonstration where we build a “blue field” on stage step by step. Using algae, mussels, fish, and sea cucumbers, we show how different species can work together to develop Swedish aquaculture. As the story unfolds, various species are introduced along with their roles in the system.
