Science knocks on the library door
In the lecture “From code to creativity – discover the possibilities of technology” you will see how new ideas and smart technology can be used to solve real problems. We talk about environmental challenges, robots and how creative thinking can create solutions that make a difference.

The lecture is about a current topic that affects our everyday lives and offers thoughtful reflections. The lecturer Ulrika Sultan is a Ph.D. in technology education and works as a visiting researcher at Chalmers University of Technology with a focus on girls’ and women’s interests and relationships to technology and engineering subjects. Her research is affiliated with the Department of Science Communication and Learning (CLS), as well as the science center Universeum. Her work is part of a larger initiative to strengthen knowledge about lifelong learning in science and technology (STEM).

During the lecture you will discover ideas that can inspire further studies and new steps in your own everyday life. Here you will also have space to ask questions, reflect and let your curiosity lead you further, in an environment that welcomes both new and experienced participants.
