Norrbotten NEO has been the cutting edge of chamber music since 2007 and is Sweden's only ensemble of its kind. The ensemble distinguishes itself with a national mission to work for contemporary chamber music. They consist of seven musicians who play flute, clarinet, percussion, piano, violin, viola and cello. In order to work for the development of Swedish chamber music, the ensemble continuously commissions new works and collaborates with both younger and more established composers, mainly nationally but also internationally.
