About the seminar

Nathan Siegrist is a PhD student in sociology at the Department of Sociology and Work Science at GU. His research is about the urban squatters’ movement’s conditions and constraints under contemporary patterns of increased commodification of urban spaces across Europe. For this, he has a particular interest in Central and Eastern European contexts broadly, and contemporary developments in Ljubljana, Slovenia specifically.
