09.30 – 10.40: Presentation and discussion with invited guest Dr. Barbara M. Eggert, President of Merz Akademie, University of Applied Arts, Design and Media, Stuttgart.
10.40 – 11.00: Coffee and mingle
11.00 – 12.00: Presentation of the Everyday Comic-Art Network by Fredric Gunve, and open discussion with invited guests Dr. Anna Nordenstam Professor in literature, Dr. Gregg Bucken Knapp Professor in public administration and the audience about comic-art in and as research.
12.00 – 13.00 LUNCH
13.00 – 13.30: Presentation of the collaborative Comic-Art project Det är i vardagen det händer - Tecknade serier för att skapa tryggare grannskap (It happens everyday – Comic-art to create safer neighborhoods) between Hyresgästföreningen, Göteborgs Bostadsbolag, Fredric Gunve and Magnus Andersson University of Gothenburg. Funded by Academy and Society, 2025
13.30 – 14.10: Comic-Art and graphic noveling to empower neighborhoods. Workshop on how comic-art can be used to empower neighborhoods in need.
14.10 – 14.30: Coffee and mingle
14.30 – 15.45: Release party for the report of the collaborative Comic-Art project Det är i vardagen det händer - Tecknade serier för att skapa tryggare grannskap, and time for mingle.
15.45 – 16.00: Conclusion, futures and goodbyes for now.
