I work as a programme coordinator at the Department of Political Science and CERGU (Centre for European Research at the University of Gothenburg).

Main responsibilities

At the Department of Political Science, I am responsible for coordinating the PhD program in Political Science, including the announcement of PhD positions, admission and employment processes, course administration and PhD defenses. I also handle PhD-related administrative matters and provide support to the Director of Studies on strategic issues. My position also includes research administration, such as the planning and management of research seminars, workshops, and conferences.

At CERGU, I am responsible for practical and administrative tasks related to finances, research applications, reporting, planning and management of conferences, research seminars and workshops, outreach activities, archiving, and personnel matters.
