My main responsibilities: - Responsible for working environment, fire-alarm, systematic fire prevention-SBA , patrolling, incident reporting, reconstruction, and contact with the landlord and cleaning service. - Entrance system, alarm and safety. - Procurement of office materials, furniture, toners, technical equipment and point with coffee vendor. - Office allocation, office naming, and contact person for telephony. - Day-to-day caretaker responsibilities like post service, bulb change, copying/printing, defect notification, removal of faults, maintenance on technical equipment, relocation, rearrangement of rooms, paper supply in the copy room.
