The name of my thesis project is Share issuers' obligation to disclose inside information under the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and aims to clarify the legal situation regarding the disclosure obligation for issuers of shares.

Main supervisor is Erik Lidman, assistant supervisors are Rolf Skog and Jesper Lau Hansen.
