About Jennifer Stråle
HR officer at the Department of Philosophy, Linguistics, and Theory of Science (FLoV). I work as HR support to the department’s management in various questions including labor law, recruitment, onboarding, work environment, rehabilitation, and transition. I’m responsible for HR-related reports, follow-ups and personnel systems. I am part of the department's management team, elected to the department council (IR), and a representative in the work environment group at FLoV. Holding a bachelor's degree from Uppsala University (2016) in human resources with a focus on organizational psychology, and have been working at the University of Gothenburg since 2019.
