About Emelie Seeliger

I am Head of Administration at the Department of Philosophy, Linguistics and Theory of Science (FLoV) at the University of Gothenburg. In this role, I manage the department’s administrative support staff and have overall responsibility for its administrative processes. I also provide management support to the Head of Department and other managers within the department.

My responsibilities include employment law and HR matters, recruitment, onboarding, work environment management, rehabilitation and organisational change. I am a member of the department’s management team and chair its work environment group.

I have previous experience working in HR in both the private and municipal sectors. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, with a specialisation in organisational psychology, from the University of Gothenburg, awarded in 2006.
