Postdoc in Public Administration since January 1, 2024.
I am primarilty engaged to study how healthcare professionals are affected by working in the Prison and Probation Service: Public Professionals in the ’Wrong’ Place – Health Care Work in Correctional Facilities.
My dissertation adresses digitalization in education, focusing on the work of teachers. It has an 10-page summary in english: Street-Level Bureaucrats and Digitalisations : How Teachers’ Work Is Shaped by Temporal Structures. The dissertation mainly uses interview material to analyze the impact of digitalization(s).
Theoretically, I often work within the Street-level bureaucracy perspective. Other interests n Public Administration are reforms, performance, critical perspectives, mediatization, and more.
