Moderators for the event are Luka Jelusic and Eva-Johanna Isestig.
Luka Jelusic is a designer and landscape architect and works as a university lecturer at the unit for design, arts and crafts, HDK-Valand, Campus Steneby.
Eva-Johanna Isestig is an interior architect and children's culture designer and works as a university lecturer at the unit for design at, HDK-Valand.
Together, Jelusic and Isestig work with participatory design and building projects and explore new methods of production in close collaboration with the community.
SEMINAR: UNFOLDING DREAMS

Location: Folkets hus Mustadfors, Dals Långed
Cost: The seminar is free of charge, no registration is required. As part of the seminar, lunch is served in the form of vegetarian soup and bread at low price.
About the Seminar
There will be four exciting speakers, among them we will hear about how the project "Ett Allmänt Folkligt Vardagsrum", which was executed at Mustadfors Folkets hus. The other three lecturers are:
Erika Henriksson, architect and university lecturer at the unit for design, HDK-Valand, who will lecture on "Joining what already exists"
Espen Folgerø, architect, associate professor at Bergen Architecture School and co-founder of OPAFORM, who will lecture on “About Design/Build Bergen Architecture School”
Ana Jara, architect and co-founder of ARTÉRIA, whose lecture is called: "Architecture as an integral part of local development processes through the direct participation of communities".

WORKSHOP IN FOLKETS HUS: UNFOLDING DREAMS – with the possible
Time: Saturday, October 8 at 10:00 a.m. – Sunday, October 9 at 4:00 p.m. (overnight stay included)
Location: Folkets hus Mustadfors, Dals Långed
Cost: The cost of the workshop is SEK 1,500 including food and accommodation. Participation is completely free of charge for students and residents of Dals Långed.
About the workshop
The lecturers from the seminar will, in the role of mentor, together with a mixed group carry out a design/build process and spatial exploration in and outside Folkets hus.
Do you want to participate in this workshop? Anyone interested in developing Dals Långed or other smaller towns is welcome! Local or other active artists, designers and architects are also welcome together with design, art and architecture students. Anyone interested in prototyping (building and testing) how a temporary installation can strengthen or develop a smaller community and create an opportunity for people to meet, is also welcome!
