Doctoral student, microbial nitrogen cycling

The Department of Marine Sciences is looking for a doctoral student in microbial nitrogen cycling in oxygen-depleted waters. The position is part of the ERC Synergy project RECLESS and focuses on how ocean deoxygenation affects microbial nitrogen transformations, future nitrogen availability for oceanic primary production, and carbon sequestration.
