The purpose of this course is to get practical experience in food science and sport science at master level. It will provide you the opportunity to explore different careers as it is located to workplaces where you can acquire experiences related to research or within your profession.
The location can be at a university department to participate in a research project. It can be in Sweden or abroad, at 100%, 50% or 25% speed. The internship ends with a written report where you describe and reflect upon you experiences.
You are responsible to arrange the internship. It includes to establish a contact with the receiving organization and a person who can be your supervisor, who will aid with an internship plan where time period, work tasks and responsibilities are specified (internship plan template). This plan needs to be submitted to and approved by the course coordinator before course registration.
This course is given in period 1-2 August to October and also in period 3-4 November to January.
