About

Supply chain management includes coordination and collaboration with channel partners, which can be suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers. In essence, supply chain management integrates supply and demand management within and across companies. This course covers the fundamentals of supply chain management with a focus on the logistics aspects. The course contains lectures, exercises and group assignments aimed to provide the student with language, concepts, insights and tools to deal with supply chain management issues and processes.
