SciLifeLab DDLS DSN for Cell and Molecular Biology: Support needs survey
The Data Science Node for Cell and Molecular Biology seeks input from the research community to help prioritise projects for this research area
The Data Science Node for Cell and Molecular Biology seeks input from the research community to help prioritise projects for this research area
The SciLifeLab and Wallenberg national program for Data-Driven Life Science (DDLS) was launched in 2020 and is supported by funding from the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation (KAW). This 12-year initiative is hosted by SciLifeLab and focuses on four strategic areas of research in Sweden: Cell and Molecular Biology, Evolution and Biodiversity, Precision Medicine and Diagnostics, and Epidemiology and Biology of Infection. Each research area will have a Data Science Node (DSN) that together with the SciLifeLab Data Centre and the SciLifeLab Bioinformatics Platform (NBIS) will support data-driven life science research.
The DSN on Cell and Molecular biology is hosted by Chalmers University of Technology. The goal of the DSN is to provide a technical environment for data-driven life science, with tools, systems, databases and support functions.
To achieve our goals, the Cell and Molecular Biology DSN seeks input from the research community. We, therefore, invite you to take a brief survey to provide feedback on community needs in the Cell and Molecular Biology field and, as a follow-up, help us prioritise projects for the Cell and Molecular Biology research area. The survey is open for submission until February 18th, 2024.
